Historic church, gorgeous reception and snow! A lot of snow!
Winter weddings in Pennsylvania are breathtaking. We always hope for snowy backgrounds but not snowy roads. That's exactly what we had for Jennelle and Aidan's wedding on January 30th. The week before, the Lehigh Valley got hammered with nearly three feet of snow. By the time of the wedding, the roads were clear but we had plenty of snow for our photos. It was a perfect setup for a perfect winter wedding.

The church, Holy Infancy, is in historic Bethlehem and was built in 1863. What an amazing setting for their wedding! If you haven't been inside, it's worth the trip.
From the church we ventured to my home away from home, Stroudsmoor Country Inn in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. Jennelle and Adian's reception was held inside Terra View, the newest and biggest venue at Stroudsmoor. It's one of five options for your wedding reception at Stroudsmoor Country Inn. It has fantastic photo ops inside and out. We took full advantage of the fresh snow and spent plenty of time outside for fun and snowy photos.

Winter engagement session @ Hickory Run State Park
When Amanda and Patrick said they wanted to do engagement photos in the snow, I was thrilled! Patrick is a park ranger at Hickory Run State Park so that was a easy choice for our setting. It's as scenic as any spot in the Poconos. All we needed was fresh snow which we got in mid-January. Patrick knows the park well and we started the engagement pictures at one of his favorite spots.

Perfect Winter Wedding at Celebrations in Bensalem, Pa.
I got to know Ashley and Ron when we did there engagement pictures at the Philadelphia Museum of Art last year. They are a great couple and I knew their wedding would be a blast. And it was. The ceremony was at St. Martha Catholic Church in Philadelphia. From there the action moved to Celebrations in Bensalem. It was a wild warm night in January and we spent plenty of time outside on the grounds at Celebrations. Here are some of my faves pictures from the day. Thanks for check out my blog!

Video highlights reel from Brianna & Matt's wedding at Memorytown
Brianna & Matt had perfect fall weather when they tied the knot at Memorytown on October 10th. As you probably know, we now offer cinematic style wedding films for your wedding. You can add it to a photography package or just book me to film your wedding if you have already found a photographer. We shoot in full HD and love to do creative editing in Final Cut Pro.
This video is Brianna & Matt's short, highlight reel version. In addition to the highlight reel, each wedding we film also includes a longer edited version. I set this one to Mumford and Sons because the song is a perfect fit for the couple and the venue. Please have a look and leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Danielle & Jeremiah's wedding at Crest Hollow Country Club!
What an amazing day for Danielle & Jeremiah to tie the knot. I was excited to photograph a wedding on Long Island and to work with the super-talented photographer, Rachel Williams. Parish of St. Raphael is full of great natural light and the ceremony was perfect. From there ere we headed to Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY for formals and the reception. If you have never been to Crest Hollow, you kind of have to see it to get it. Or check out the pics below!

St. Raphael Parrish is beautiful and full of great light for photos. Rev. Robert Holz, Pastor is super cool and performed a great ceremony and mass. Handling the video was Rob Coupe who owns Couped-Up productions. You can check out his awesome work here: http://coupedup.com
After the ceremony we headed over to Crest Hollow Country Club. The place is simply amazing! We linked up with our wedding ambassador and got started on the formal photographs in the courtyard. Rachel posed everyone and we got phenomenal family and group portraits. We finished the formals as cocktail hour got started.
Then it was onto the reception for an amazing dinner and huge bash! Crest Hollow staff was fantastic and the food was off the charts. The DJ led the party and kept the dance floor packed all night.
