Two Pocono locals say 'I do' at Stroudsmoor Country Inn!
When we met, it was obvious that Paul and Alyson's wedding would be a huge bash! Both are from the Poconos and they invited 200 of their friends and family to Stroudsmoor Country Inn. They chose Terraview for their venue and had perfect summer weather for their outside ceremony. All the outdoor venues at Stroudsmoor are awesome. The two waterfalls at Terrview make an impressive backdrop for photography.
I've worked at each venue at Stroudsmoor Country Inn and I know the property well. There are great spots for photos all over the grounds. Please call or email if you are planning on celebrating your wedding day at Stroudsmoor.

Two docs tie the knot at Michener Art Musuem!
Surrounded by art on a perfect summer day, Sophie and Simon said 'we do' on Saturday at the James A. Michener Art Museum in Doylestown. As she was graduating from medical school at Jefferson University, Sophie was planning the final stages of her wedding. Simon had already graduated from medical school and has a dental practice in Doylestown.
These two doctors could not have been nicer! Their perfect ceremony was followed by an awesome party with music by Darrell from the “No Macarena” DJ in Philadelphia. Make sure you scroll through all the pictures to see the limo their friends surprised them with at the end of the night. That's right- its a Maserati stretch limo!

Tying the knot at Memorytown!
Amber & Dave knew Memorytown was the perfect setting for their wedding the first time they saw it! Their laid back style and rustic theme was the right fit for the barn and grounds at Memorytown. And they wanted a BBQ dinner for their guests and that's a specialty at Memorytown.
About 100 of their friends and family gathered by the lake to hear them say 'I do". The lake make an awesome backdrop for wedding ceremony photos. It's one of the most picturesque backgrounds in the Poconos. Here are my favorite shots from their perfect day! Thanks for looking.

Perfect Spring Wedding at Mountain Springs Lake Resort
What an amazing day at Mountain Springs Lake Resort for Tamara and Patrick's wedding! April is a great month to throw a wedding in the Poconos and the weather was perfect for an outdoor ceremony.
I got to know Tamara and Patrick last year as we set out in Philadelphia for a photo session celebrating their engagement. They are a great couple living in the heart of Philly. They brought their city style to a fabulous setting at Mountain Springs Lake Resort.
As you look through my pictures of their wedding you'll see a lot of small details. You'll also notice one big detail- the classic Excalibur car they hoped in at the end of the night. A sparkler sendoff led them straight to the car Patrick's father bought in Milwaukee in the 1970's. It's been in their family ever since.

Surprise proposal caught on camera!
One of my favorite photo shoots is a surprise proposal. Last weekend I had the chance to be there to capture the moment when Brandon proposed to his girlfriend, Nicky. Brandon contacted me on the down low and pitched the idea of me being there to document him proposing. I've done this a handful of times and its always a rush trying to be invisible but still capture the key moment.
Brandon and Nicky live near Harrisburg and spent the weekend in the Poconos to enjoy the great outdoors. They stayed at Mountaintop Lodge and he decided to propose on Lake Naomi.
Through some careful coordination, I was positioned nearby when he first serenaded her and then popped the question. She said yes!
